BLUPRNT provides sports data, odds comparison, and analytical models for informational and entertainment purposes only. BLUPRNT is not a sportsbook, is not a financial or investment advisor, and does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation, guarantee, or promise of any outcome, profit, or return. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, made at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age for online sports information and gambling in your jurisdiction, which is 21 in many U.S. states) to use the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any betting activity is legal in your location. The Service is not directed at anyone where its use would be unlawful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or reselling our data, attempting to breach security, reverse-engineering the Service, sharing your account, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service relies on third-party data (including odds providers and public sports and market data) and third-party services (including Supabase and Stripe). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and are not responsible for those services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that any information, model output, or "edge" is accurate or profitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLUPRNT and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
